Our Patient Portal

Protecting your private health information is our priority.

Patient Fusion is our secure website portal that allows you to view parts of your personal health record and send us a secure message.


Reply to messages are within 72 business hours. Messages will not be answered over the weekend. The portal is for communicating NON-URGENT medical needs or concerns.

New User?

A security  code is needed to SIGN-UP for your new account.

REQUEST PATIENT FUSION PORTAL ACCESS

  1. After you submit your form, we will respond within 72 business hours.
  2. You will receive a registration email to the email address you provided.  The email comes from Patient Fusion and does expire one year after the initial send date.
  3. You will need to enter your email address and create a user name, create a password, and fill out First Name, Last Name, Phone Number fields. 
  4. You will be sent a message upon successful sign-up.
  5. You will go back to Access Your Records email and log in to request security code via phone number.
  6. You will have now finalized the Patient Fusion account.

LOG IN TO RESET MY PASSWORD

  1. To reset password, click Log in the top right corner.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. You will receive an email from noreply@patientfusion.com
  4. Enter a new password and confirm the new password.
  5. Upon successful reset, you will need to go to the login page.
  6. Here, you will enter your username and newly changed password to login.





REACTIVATING A PORTAL ACCOUNT

  1. If you are already registered for a patient portal account and are experiencing login difficulty, we need to confirm your login email address to reset your password.
  2. We may need to reset your patient portal account, please contact us to re-invite you to the Patient Portal .

AT THE AGE OF 18, PATIENTS BECOME LEGAL ADULTS

Parents, if your child is 18 years or older, Newtown Center Pediatrics will need written consent from your child in order to communicate with you about your child’s medical needs.

You can have your pharmacy send us a request electronically for frequently refilled medication. It is best to plan ahead and have a few days supply in case the pharmacist needs to order your medication if it’s out of stock. 

(Note we will not call in antibiotics without first examining your child.)

Connecticut Children's Specialty Care Center - Danbury

If we refer your child to a specialist for a medical concern addressed at an office visit, please call your insurance carrier to see if the specialist is in network with your plan and if an insurance referral is needed.
